Berbatu BBQ & Steamboat

September has been a month of lot of bittersweet and sadness as well as happiness. Bitter and sad was the passing of someone whom I love, my grandmother who thought me a lot of things about the Chinese food, sweet was to see all the family came back and happy to see what ever problem, was solve and all the peace and unity was seen in all the times we have the great meals and as well as good time spent with all the family.

So yesterday was one of them as we spent with nearly all the family members who have dinner together at the Berbatu Seafood buffet Steamboat in Sunway. Located very nearby to both pyramid and as well as Sunway College, Berbatu is on top of a hawker center that is crowded yet the place was more quiet maybe due to the weekdays.

A lot of things was there from BBQ corners, to cooked food plus abundant amount and types of seafood, Berbatu is the place to go for cheap and as well as fresh seafood buffet. Crabs, Prawns, Scallops even chuk tan. Start with something simple like deep fried stuff like prawns, shrimps to the more complex cooking style of BBQ and as well the steamboat. This place boast good chef with good simple food for the like of everyone.

There are just a couple of things that I don’t really like about this place is that the Parking here is scare and you may need to look around and search a lot of place nearby to find parking. The other things I don’t really like is that some of the drinks that they have was so sweet by drinking it, I think I just diabetes.

Overall this is a place where a lot of time I would say I might comeback for a meal, but not as soon as the food, can be too much for some people liking overall I give a 7 out 10.

  Dear 2022, It’s been a very turbulent year, a year which had so many memories that make me want cry both in the life as a corporate guy, family life and as well church life. A time to really reflect on what was the huge difference compared to what really happen. Started 2022 with a lot of people call a very mediocre beginning, a beginning like just normal every year. So I have a chance to “date” with my one of my best friend and kaki for a good meal together. It’s been a long time since we went out for a good meal and enjoy the chit chat with one another.
