A Pie Thing @ Uptown Damansara

Wow it’s been a long time since I wrote on my blog about my food escapes and travels. Been so extremely busy the past few months both with travel and work as well as so many personal things as well.  So busy till even I have no time and restless nights. Normally for the month of May and June is always like that. So this is one that is bit overdue

So I suddenly crave for pies one day and then got a hold of my friend and we went to this place.  A Pie thing is a establishment and that serve great pies and nice place to hang out. Located in Damansara Uptown, A Pie Thing serve 2 different variety of pies, Savory or Sweet
For the savory pie, you can choose from pies that chicken, beef or vegetarian based. We have the steak and cheese, nachos and spicy chicken as well. They were delicious and formally good to the last drop, You can choose whether you would like to have it just as it or with mashed potato and or mushy beans plus gravy, Try both way and they taste superbly good. One of the ones I really nice and the one I like is the nacho’s really different and it’s good and something different than the normal pies that u have

For the sweet pies we have mostly fruit or chocolate based. We have the lemon curds pie and it’s nice and it was not sweet just how we like it. The best of part of it, is that the food is so nice that we can’t walk after having all that


The two trips I have is that is awesomely fun as with friends and great time was spent at the place. The shop itself was a simple and nice place just a bit noisy so not much of the place for chit chat and catching up , but it’s a great place for a short meet up and maybe for a quick bite and even a small gathering but do go early if not , pie will become bye bye !

Dear 2022

  Dear 2022, It’s been a very turbulent year, a year which had so many memories that make me want cry both in the life as a corporate guy, family life and as well church life. A time to really reflect on what was the huge difference compared to what really happen. Started 2022 with a lot of people call a very mediocre beginning, a beginning like just normal every year. So I have a chance to “date” with my one of my best friend and kaki for a good meal together. It’s been a long time since we went out for a good meal and enjoy the chit chat with one another. Been so busy and as well as helping out friends and as well as writing for different plat forms and of course my own job with take a bit more of the my time as well.
