Date Line Vietnam Day 1

Well sometimes when we travel, we love to see different things and as well experience some new things whenever u travel. So for this time this is my first time here to Southern Vietnam and enjoying seeing so many cultures, food and as well seeing so many things for the first time here for the first 
time.

So Here in Ho Chi Minh City is where my Adventure BEGINS!!!!!


Arrive one day later than my cousins (Who flew in one day earlier), wasn’t Expecting what I am experienced before. Even as a season traveler, you always be able to find something to wow you and blow your mind over and over again. So Arrive via Airasia ( First time flying overseas with them ), I am very surprised with the level of service and as well as the level Professionalism that portrayed though out the whole entire 2 hours flight time from KLIA 2 to HCMC. Only one thing that I complained is that smile my friend. Something when you serve with a smile, you will find that it helps! One thing for sure you can find here as well is that this place never stop honking! So if you're coming here and you're looking for a way to drive around, Please if possible, use grabcar... Dont rent a car and drive 






So Arrive, went through Custom and Immigrations smoothly no problems. Got me a grab car and then, head over to my first AirBnb house here in District 7. I was wow by the design of the apartment and the hugeness of this place. Good, nice and beautifully design house that I think I would want to say more about this place. Located about 15 mins away from the Legendary Ben Thanh Market, this place is nice place to come and relax and chill out. Not Too far away from the city yet it’s quiet enough to have a family come and stay and chill as away.







So Arrive, went through Custom and Immigrations smoothly no problems. Got me a grab car and then, head over to my first AirBnb house here in District 7. Not Too far away from the city yet it’s quiet enough to have a family come and stay and chill as away.

So after resting for a while, Head out to the Ben Thanh Market, Where we have lunch and as well some little shopping, This place is synonymous with cheap and counterfeits produce. As we enter here we bombarded with product from brands like under armor and such. So do come here if you’re looking for some knockoff items of this brands, but remember to do one thing. Bargain! We were hungry and went for lunch and have some of the local food. Not bad, and it’s nice and delicious as well even though somethings we prefer that it to be better. 



















So after resting for a while, Head out to the Ben Thanh Market, Where we have lunch and as well some little shopping, This place is synonymous with cheap and counterfeits produce. After Lunch and few minutes of walking around, we went to some other places like Takashimaya and Saigon square plus other malls as well. Though the place was not much more of our liking as the shopping malls here are very expensive and though somethings you can actually get it in KL as well. So for me shopping mall was for me to get the WIFI and or just to rest as well to have coffee. 











Next For me after those place was the Unification Palace aka Independence Palace aka Norodom Palace. Built in the 1962 and located in District 1, This place serve to Former Southern Vietnam Government as it’s presidential palace as well as its work place Build over 120000 sq meter’s this place also have so many things you can see from tanks and planes, to the different rooms in its place. From halls like the Conference hall to its private Residence, This is one of the place to see and come whenever you’re here in HCMC
















As we were planning to head back to we pass by one of the place that I want to see ,Notre-Dame Cathedral Basilica of Saigon also known as Cathedral Basilica of Our Lady of The Immaculate Conception From the laying of stone in the 1863 till its consecration in 1880, The Cathedral serve as the throne to the current Archbishop of Ho Chi Minh. This historical Landmark is one of the tourist Attraction that you must come and See and visit as well to see it’s rich Diversity and design. Do Come and see it for your self !.

Dear 2022

  Dear 2022, It’s been a very turbulent year, a year which had so many memories that make me want cry both in the life as a corporate guy, family life and as well church life. A time to really reflect on what was the huge difference compared to what really happen. Started 2022 with a lot of people call a very mediocre beginning, a beginning like just normal every year. Since pandemic hit Malaysia, we all still were like reeling in the huge effect that it has cause. Celebrations were mostly mooted due to the uncertainty of the pandemic, however still go on with CNY was near. 2022 was also a year where I was mostly every Sunday without fail was still in church hanging on and doing more and more responsibility in church. So I have a chance to “date” with my one of my best friend and kaki for a good meal together. It’s been a long time since we went out for a good meal and enjoy the chit chat with one another. Been so busy and as well as helping out friends and as well as writing for different plat forms and of course my own job with take a bit more of the my time as well. So we wanted to try out this café in Subang , but when we reach there, we found out that it’s a shisha café….
